November 2000 - Exterior liner, with a liner for the lid and manhole
risers as well, covering 100 percent of the outside of this septic tank.

24, 2000 - This was a new installation of a septic tank at a lakefront
property. We used 2 septic tank
liners to complete the project.

gal. septic tank (tighttank). We first lined the 4 outside walls and
bottom of the tank by slipping
a fabricated liner onto the tank as it
was held
in mid-air by the delivery truck.
We placed the tank into the excavated hole. Notice the standing groundwater in the hole.
We placed the Exterior Lid and Riser Liner (fabricated) on the top and sealed the seam with our Liner Tape.
We
then attached the inlet pipe by sliding it through our pre-fabricated
4 inch diameter boot. It was
attached with a stainless steel hose clamp.
We also lined the interior of the septic tank (pre-fabricated to fit the 4 walls and tank bottom), above the inlet pipe and attached it with plastic straps and nylon concrete anchors. See our Retro-Fit page for more details.
Job is completed and is now ready for backfilling with sand. This septic tank is now truely watertight.
Both risers are lined to ground level.
