The Miller Environmental Universal Liner System™ can solve many of the problems that you are either currently experiencing or may be about to experience with your septic system. Our U.S. Patent approved polymer material has been developed and specially formulated to be flexible and chemically resistant. It has been tested and proven to provide a long-lasting barrier to such liquids as raw sewage and other wastes. See our ASTM Testing page for more info. Once it has been installed into your septic tank, the Miller Environmental Universal Liner System™ will:
- Stop leaks that currently exist in your septic tank as well as prevent leaks that may occur in the future as a result of deterioration, ground movement, or improper installation.
- Line and protect the walls and floor of your septic tank from leaks and corrosion.
- Prevent septic tank deterioration usually caused by raw sewage and chemical gases.
- Add many years to the life of your septic tank.
The Problem
The typical residential septic tank consists of either a one piece system with a lid or a two piece concrete vault (usually holding about 1500 gallons). Whether your septic system is brand new or has been exposed to years of raw sewage, gases, and acid, your tank is at risk of developing environmentally-damaging leakage problems, concrete corrosion, and possibly failing an inspection. What does this mean for you? Your septic system can ultimately become a large problem, and a rather expensive one at that.
Without a filter, particles will inevitably escape from your septic tank and clog your leaching field. Although flow distribution equalizers are not a requirement for your septic system, your distribution box will eventually be moved off balance by ground settling and weather-induced ground contraction and extraction. As a result, the flow of your system's liquids will become unevenly distributed and your leaching field could fail.
The Solution
Although most people believe that pumping is sufficient to ensure septic tank health, it cannot fix leaks or protect your tank against chemical deterioration. The Miller Environmental Universal Liner System can not only prevent septic tank leaks but it can also prohibit deterioration and save you thousands of dollars in costly repairs.

Miller Environmental Corp. has a U.S. Patent approved method for attaching the Universal Liner to the interior of your precasted concrete product as part of the manufacturing process. This method not only creates a watertight seal but also prevents deterioration of your product's concrete material. A ziplock, easy-connection system is also available to completely enclose or connect any 1 piece, 2 piece or more precasted concrete product. New (and now available) is our Double Sided Taping Method designed for in-field use.
The Universal Liner can be electromagnetically welded to form any size, shape or configuration required by your precasted concrete product. Our U.S. Patent approved polymer material is available in various thicknesses and can be formulated to be chemically resistant to virtually any liquid contained by your product.
It can be used for new and existing precasted concrete products. We manufacture a U.S. Patent approved liner for the purpose of retrofitting products already in use. This liner can be installed through the access cover without costly excavation of the existing product.
Our Universal Liner will help you to meet new testing codes and requirements. Our product will also enable you to fulfill the constantly changing demands of both your customers and state and federal agencies. In all areas in which we have demonstrated our product, we have received great acceptance and support from the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), Board of Health agents, and water pollution agencies.
