The following information is provided to help engineers & installers specify and order Streamline Kits from Miller Environmental Corp.

Pumps:

Use the Streamline Program to specify your pump.  Enter project specific data into the Streamline Design Form, Calculate the project and then select a pump from the Streamline Pump Curve Facility.

Control Panels :

To specify control panels indicate either simplex or duplex pump arrangement and how you want the float switch configuration to work as shown in the example below: 

Pump Arrangement - Duplex

Float Switch Configuration:

Pump Off - Turn Pumps Off

Lead Pump On - Powers Lead Pump Alternating Pumps Between Doses

Lag Pump On - Powers Lag Pump

Alarm On - Powers Control Panel Alarm

Miller Environmental Corp. will provide the proper control panel and float switches with your order based on this information and the Streamline pump specification. 

Distribution Network Piping:

Once the distribution network design has been completed using the Streamline program, the Streamline Design Form and Calculations will provide Miller Environmental Corp. all the information they need to build a pressure distribution network kit including predrilled distribution laterals and manifold piping and fittings. 

It is recommended that the approved pressure distribution layout be provided to Miller Environmental Corp. to provide us with a blueprint of the actual system layout.  The preferred format for this is PDF files sent via email to info@millerenvironmentalinc.com; contact Miller Environmental Corp. to transmit this information in other formats.
